Training Plan and Archive
Each trainee has access to their training plan via their own online console.
The Training Plan gives the trainee all the necessary information about the overall status and progress of the training activity.

A graphical bar indicates the percentage of the training plan completed and a further breakdown into the various courses within the selected training plan shows exactly what courses have been added to the training, have been started or been completed by the learner and to what percentage.
The
Training Archive allows the trainee to keep track of all the previously completed training activity. Once a course has been completed it will appear in the archive.
The training plan can specify the following:.aspx)

- the timeframe for achieving these competencies
- the training to be undertaken
- the delivery methods
- the details
- who's responsible for the assesment of each competency
- assesement details and arrangements
