Goals and Challenges

Sapian Solutions are a new company, providing recruitment for the IT industry.  The client required a high-impact, engaging design coupled with an easy-to-use CMS interface that required no formatting.    The client was already using a Kentico CMS with another website and was keen we deploy the same with his new website.   Additionally, the Sapian Solutions website required integration with an external provider – Broadbean recruitment software.


The biggest challenge was the integration with Broadbean.  This required a custom integration in which we created a web service to facilitate the posting of jobs to the website from an external vendor.
 

Solutions

We implemented Kentico CMS using the portal engine and utilized the News and Contact Form features of the system.  The project took three weeks from specification sign off to the go live date.
 

Results

The client was extremely impressed with the use of design and animation and the seamless integration of the bespoke Broadbean web part.  Users not previously familiar with the Kentico admin area got to grips with the CMS quickly and have found it very straightforward.  The website has had fantastic feedback from users and many positions have been filled by the website already.  Sapian has enjoyed great success since the website went live and the client is in no doubt that the look and ease of use of site is a major contributory factor.
